Position Purpose:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Adult Medicine provides direct patient care and clinical support in a busy outpatient setting focused on adult and geriatric populations. Duties include administering medications and vaccines, performing EKGs, taking vital signs, assisting with procedures, and maintaining accurate electronic health records. Works closely with providers to ensure high-quality, coordinated care and supports patients with education and follow-up instructions. Ideal for a dependable, compassionate nurse who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Contributes to overall quality of nursing care through performance improvement techniques that positively impacts patient careCommunicates effectively (written and verbal) with colleagues, patients and family membersEducate patients and family members so that they have a transparent understanding of the care being provided. Understanding of computer-based applications (E-MAR, clinical documentation), email, and standard applications such as Microsoft Office. Demonstrates problem-solving, conflict resolution, and positive communication through teamworkMinimum Qualifications:
