Job Description We are looking for a dedicated and licensed healthcare professional (RN, LPN, or RRT) to join our home health team. This role involves delivering high-quality respiratory care directly in patients homes, ensuring proper equipment setup, patient education, and ongoing support.  Set up and install home respiratory equipment including CPAPs, BiPAPs, and ventilators  Fit and adjust equipment to meet individual patient needs  Educate patients and caregivers on equipment usage, maintenance, and hygiene best practices  Conduct routine monitoring and follow-up visits to ensure equipment functionality and patient compliance  Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and equipment status We are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
