What You'll Do: + Deliver compassionate patient care and education + Perform triage, assessments, and vital signs + Conduct EKGs and stress tests with precision + Document interactions accurately using electronic health records + Collaborate seamlessly with team members to coordinate care + Communicate openly and honestly, advocating for our patients What We’re Looking For: + Active CT LPN license + At least 1 year of experience in a clinical or medical office setting + Proficiency with electronic health records (EPIC experience highly preferred) + Skilled in EKGs, stress testing, and patient education + A team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills Preferred Qualifications: + Experience triaging patients + Previous work in a busy outpatient setting Work Environment: Join a dynamic, fast-paced primary care practice where every day offers new opportunities to learn and grow.
