Pay Range: $32.00/hr - $35.00/hr (plus, shift differentials when applicable)

Schedule: 40 Hours

FLSA: Non-Exempt

 

SEPTEMBER INCENTIVE: $10,000 SIGN-ON BONUS OR WE’LL PAY YOUR RENT/MORTGAGE FOR 3 MONTHS!

What You’ll Do:

As a Part Time Nurse, you’ll become an essential part of our community-based group homes for adults with complex medical needs, developmental disabilities, acquired brain injury and/or mental illness. Our homes house 3-8 individuals each providing an opportunity to build relationships with those that you care for and their families.

Medical & Medication Oversight - Manage medical care and medications for persons served, including training staff on safe medication practices in compliance with DPH Medication Administration Program (MAP).Crisis Intervention - Respond to emergencies and de-escalate crises with persons served.Staff Training - Train staff on health/safety rules and document incidents as required.Recovery & Goals - Support persons served and staff in setting and reaching meaningful recovery goals.Compliance - Keep programs up to date with medical and medication laws, including paperwork and inspections.

What You Bring:

Required: Active LPN license in MA, driver’s license, and reliable car.Preferred: Active RN license in MA, driver's license, and reliable car.Experience: Supporting mental health needs (personal or professional).Skills: Clear communication, basic computer use, and teamwork.Bonus: Multilingual or lived experience with recovery.
