Reporting to the Unit Manager, the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) works to full scope of practice with our multidisciplinary health care team. Collaborating on the delivery of holistic, comprehensive care and supporting patients and families. The LPN must be able to team lead effectively on their own; providing safe, quality care in accordance with established standards, and the Mission, Vision, Values, policies and procedures of Covenant Health. Unit 5 is a 24 bed Orthopedic and General Surgery Unit which will challenge you and strengthen your nursing skills and efficiency.
