Shift :

Location: 1000 WATERMAN WAY, Tavares, 32778

The role you’ll contribute:

Provides vocational nursing services under the supervision of an RN, to patients in their homes.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

Performs nursing skills safely and competently.

Performs patient data collection in a holistic manner.

Provides accurate and complete documentation.

Schedules daily visits to facilitate patient needs.

Plans patient care in consultation with Registered nurse.

Assists with patient/caregiver teaching.

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

Minimum qualifications:

One (1) N year of medical/surgical experience.

Currently licensed in the State of Florida.

Certified in Active American Heart Association BLS and Infant/Pediatrics.

Preferred qualifications:

One (1) year experience in community health nursing preferred

Thirty (30) hours of Florida Board approved IV Therapy Course.
