What You’ll Do

As an LPN, you’ll:

Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care and IV therapy in accordance with UPMC LPN Practice Guidelines and State Board Regulations. Collaborate with RNs and other licensed providers to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Communicate changes in patient condition and escalate care needs when appropriate. Participate in daily goal setting and care planning with patients and families. Provide education and support to patients and families throughout their care journey. Support new team members through orientation and mentorship. Contribute to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
