This includes: + Facilitating group therapy sessions + Providing individual counseling and support for a diverse patient population + Developing, implementing, and monitoring treatment plans + Completing documentation and maintaining accurate, detailed patient notes + Walking the facility, supporting staff where needed, and assisting with training and reports + Ensuring patients remain on track with their treatment goals and care plans This role requires flexibility, as no two days are the same.
