DESCRIPTION OF WORK As a Licensed Occupational Therapist, you will design, implement, and evaluate occupational treatment therapies for residents. You will help residents develop functional skills while strengthening their existing skills. You will also provide treatment for progressive disabilities effecting dining, sensory motor integration, upper extremity function, and positioning. This role requires the ability to develop therapeutic patient relationships and a genuine desire to improve adaptive skills needed for independent functioning at the highest level.
