Carolina Rehab Center of Cumberland in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a dynamic and experienced Administrator to lead our team in providing Care Beyond Compare. As the Administrator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facility, ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations. Your leadership will be essential in maintaining our commitment to excellence in resident care, staff development, and financial management.

What You'll Do

 

Oversee the overall operations of the healthcare center, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies

Maintain all required licensure and certifications, ensuring the facility is always survey-ready

Lead and support a diverse team of healthcare professionals, fostering teamwork and a positive work environment

Conduct routine inspections of the facility to ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to protocols

Collaborate with department directors to ensure the effective operation of all departments

Manage the facility's financial performance, including budgeting, accounts receivable/payable, and staffing

Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and the community

Respond to resident complaints and grievances, ensuring timely and appropriate resolution

Ensure that resident care programs are implemented to maximize quality of life and care

 

What You Need

 

Bachelor’s Degree required

Active, unencumbered license as a Nursing Home Administrator in North Carolina

Minimum of one (1) year of leadership and business management experience in a healthcare setting

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to make independent decisions and work without direct supervision

Thorough understanding of OBRA regulations, the survey process, and quality measures

Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines governing skilled nursing facilities

Proficiency in financial management and computer systems
