Supervises all clinical and administrative functions in the facilityDevelopment and implementation of a facility management systemAdministration, management, supervision and coordination of all departments to ensure quality careFinancial management of a health care facilityMonitor and maintain facility's compliance with all pertinent State and Federal regulationsOversight of the facility quality assurance processEnsure that individual rights and opportunity for choice exist for all residentsREQUIREMENTS:
Must have current New York LNHA Certification5+ years working as a LNHA in a long-term care facility Experience in performance management and effective leadershipProven leadership and management skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsMust maintain confidentiality regarding resident and CHC proprietary informationAbility to relate professionally and work cooperatively with residents and staff at all levelsAbout us:
