SummarySummaryPM Pediatric Care is seeking a Licensed Master Social Worker to join our Behavioral Health Program. This opportunity will provide comprehensive behavioral health for the common conditions seen in primary care such as depression, anxiety, ADD, and conduct disorders in an extended primary care collaborative model. Our compensation range for full-time hires is $60,000-75,000.
Founded in 2006, PM Pediatrics is the nation’s largest pediatric urgent care provider as well as a national telehealth company expanding services to meet all of the physical, behavioral, and psychosocial needs of children.DescriptionDescriptionPerform psychosocial assessments that comply with evidence-based practices Provide counseling and therapy for patients using evidence-based treatment modalities Display competency as an individual, family, and group therapist Maintain own professional development as required by licensing board Complete required documentation and paperwork, including biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning and implementation in a timely manner Work closely with patient and family and team to overcome obstacles in treatment Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures Demonstrate cultural competency and commitment Respond quickly to an urgent or emergent need Maintain a caseload of 30-35 patients weekly and a minimum of 5 patients daily
