Salary: $2800 / Week Licensed Clinician (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) Position Overview Location: Valley Center, CA (with weekly travel to Santa Ysabel clinic) Schedule: Flexible – 4x10 or 9/80 workweek options available (no weekends) Pay: $70/hour Duration: Long-Term Contract (1 year) Amergis Staffing is seeking a Licensed Clinician (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) to provide direct behavioral health services to individuals and families from Consortium Tribes in Valley Center, CA. This role includes weekly travel to our Santa Ysabel clinic and offers a flexible schedule with no weekend work. Clinicians will support early intervention efforts and provide culturally responsive care for issues including trauma, suicide prevention, substance use, domestic violence, and abuse. This position reports directly to the Behavioral Health Director. Key Responsibilities + Conduct culturally relevant assessments and screenings + Develop and implement individualized treatment and safety plans + Provide crisis intervention, education, and referrals + Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and community partners + Deliver services in diverse settings (homes, schools, jails, etc.) + Supervise project staff and unlicensed clinicians as needed + Maintain accurate and timely documentation while ensuring confidentiality + Support traditional healing practices and participate in required trainings Qualifications + Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field + Active California license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) or license-eligible + Minimum of 1 year clinical experience + Strong communication and interpersonal skills + Experience working with Native American communities preferred + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHR systems (NextGen or EPIC) + Valid California driver’s license and clean driving record + CPR/AED certification (or obtained within 6 months of hire) + Must pass background check, physical exam, TB test, and drug screening Work Environment + Primarily clinical/indoor setting + Travel required within the service area Benefits At Amergis, we firmly believe that our employees are the heartbeat of our organization and we are happy to offer the following benefits: + Competitive pay & weekly paychecks + Health, dental, vision, and life insurance + 401(k) savings plan + Awards and recognition programs *Benefit eligibility is dependent on employment status.
