About the Role
IPS is seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our outpatient practice in Augusta, GA. This role offers the opportunity to provide individual and group therapy in a supportive clinic-based setting. You'll work with patients facing anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment challenges, and other behavioral health needs in a non-crisis environment focused on continuity of care.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct intake assessments and deliver individual and/or group therapyCreate and manage evidence-based treatment plans tailored to patient goalsCollaborate with IPS team members and referring providers to ensure holistic careMaintain accurate documentation in the electronic health recordEngage patients in ongoing therapeutic relationships and monitor clinical progressSupport clinical initiatives and participate in peer consultation as neededQualifications
Active Georgia license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMSWMaster’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related mental health field2+ years of experience in outpatient, community mental health, or similar settings preferredStrong interpersonal and communication skillsProficiency in EHR systems and Google WorkspaceCommitment to ethical, patient-centered careWhy Join IPS
