You’ll deliver essential clinical training during New Employee Orientation and throughout the year, while also working closely with the Clinical Director to develop new training based on evolving staff needs. You’ll provide both scheduled and as-needed clinical consultations, ensuring staff follow all relevant clinical policies, contractual obligations, and ethical standards.
