Position summary:
This position provides insurance licensed administrative support to East-Central Illinois Group. This position serves as a resource to Financial Advisors and client/members in handling, researching and communicating inquiries regarding their customer accounts and insurance needs and supports the daily operations of the practice, including, but not limited to: answering the phones, meeting/greeting members, handling/distributing postal mail and practice email, ordering supplies, utilizing Thrivent Financial computer systems and programs in support of client relations, supporting insurance related tasks, and other administrative tasks as assigned. The Licensed Client Service Administrator reports to and is employed by East-Central Illinois Group.
This role is in office out of Campaign, IL. Compensation is between $20-22/hr. depending on experience. Holiday PTO available to start.
Position Roles/Responsibilities/Accountabilities
Handles incoming telephone calls to East-Central Illinois Group. and responds to requests for informationResearches inquiries regarding member/customer accountsProvides fund values and answers other fixed insurance and fixed annuity related questionsPerforms routine administrative duties such as maintaining office supplies and processing mailPrepares or coordinates the preparation of routine correspondence, reports, and special projects typically of a routine natureSupports projects, administration of various programs, and processing functions as neededDrives customer/member facing activities in the practice by scheduling meetings with customer/members on behalf of the practice’s Financial AdvisorsUpdates the contact management system with customer/member contact and preference informationAssists Financial Advisors in the preparation for and follow up from customer/member meetingsCollaborates with Financial Advisors to assist customers/members with fixed insurance and fixed annuity product changesParticipates and drives marketing services including direct-mail, fraternal activities, seminars, meetingsExplains, discusses or interprets fixed insurance or fixed annuity contractsCommunicates with customer whether requested coverage is or will be bound or issuedIssues certificates of insurance, endorsements, binders, commitments, or insurance contractsAdditional responsibilities may be assigned in accordance with licensure and business needsManually enter information provided by the FA into electronic application systems and email, lock sign or submit.Note CANNOT be listed as the servicing representative AND need to note their FA is selling agent within the rep questionnaire.Position Qualifications
