Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Architect with a professional degree in Architecture and a minimum of 5 years of industry experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about design, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication skills. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects in a collaborative and supportive environment.
ResponsibilitiesLead architectural projects from concept through construction.Conduct site evaluations and develop comprehensive architectural plans.Coordinate with consultants and internal teams to ensure project alignment.Manage project schedules, quality control, and construction administration.Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.Essential SkillsProficiency in Revit.Experience in architectural design and drafting.Ability to produce construction documents.Experience in design development and schematic design.Strong technical skills and experience across all phases of project development.Additional Skills & QualificationsProfessional degree in Architecture; licensure preferred.Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.Excellent organizational and project management abilities.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Work Environment
The position is based in Columbia, TN and will be primarily in-office.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $38.46 - $45.67/hr.
