Job DescriptionNBCU is seeking a strategic and results-driven professional to lead the monetization of non-package content rights of Anime, Japan drama and Asian drama, including TV, digital, and international, for titles produced or acquired by the Production departments and the Acquisition department. This role plays a critical part in driving revenue beyond traditional media formats, leveraging licensing opportunities, optimizing rights management, and expanding the global reach of our content. Ideal candidates will have strong industry knowledge, proven sales experience, and the ability to navigate both domestic and international markets with confidence.
Effectively utilize non-package rights (TV, digital, overseas) for works produced or acquired by the Anime production department to generate sales and profit.
Key Responsibilities
Maximize the sales potential of each title by exercising rights, contributing to the achievement of the production and acquisition teams’ budget and overall company revenue.
Negotiate, plan, propose, and implement title introductions to achieve operational profit (OP)Manage sales progress and oversee bond collectionHandle related tasks such as sales recording, invoicing, and general administrationProvide opportunities for content utilization in various forms to domestic and international users through licensees, enhancing customer satisfaction.
