Marsh Finland is growing, and we are now seeking a Liability and FINPRO (Financial and Professional Liability) Advisor to join our team. As a member of Marsh Finland’s Placement & Specialty, you will also be part of the broader Nordic team, working collaboratively across borders to deliver outstanding risk transfer solutions and exceptional service to our clients.

We will count on you to:

Analyze and evaluate client risks to develop tailored risk transfer solutions and risk management strategies.Monitor market trends, legislative developments, and risk landscape to provide proactive advice.Assist clients in managing and navigating their claims, ensuring effective resolution and ongoing support throughout the process.Collaborate with the Nordic and Finnish liability & FINPRO team to deliver exceptional service and solutions.Contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes, client solutions, and overall experience, while actively engaging with the insurance market to deliver tailored risk management and insurance solutions.Be an active member of the experienced liability & FINPRO team within Marsh McLennan Oy, part of the broader Nordic community.

What you need to have:

Industry experience in risk management, insurance, or claims handling.Strong client relationship skills and a solution-oriented mindset.Eagerness to learn, energetic, and able to work effectively in a team environment.Good understanding of risk analysis and legislative developments relevant to the industry.Structured and meticulous approach to work, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
