**We have a fantastic opportunity for Liability Desktop Adjusters to work anywhere in the UK**
We’re looking for experienced liability **desktop** adjusters/claims handlers to join our liability team to handle Third Party Property Damage claims. This will include cradle to grave **investigation & handling** static Third Party Property Damage claims resulting from motor impact incidents for **prestigious** clients which offers the opportunity to **undertake site visits** if appropriate. Support will be available from our own in-house surveyors and field adjusters where required.
With one of the largest teams of liability experts in the world, Sedgwick supports and resolves property, general, motor, product and professional liability claims, and helps our clients maintain brand protection in times of crisis.
**The skills you will have when you apply:**
+ Knowledge of **Crown** **Property** claims would be an advantage
+ Understanding of **Indemnity Principles** would be an advantage
+ **Team working** and collaboration skills
+ **Insurance law** knowledge and policy wording interpretation
+ **Contract, statute and civil liability** knowledge and skills
+ Strong **investigation** skills and attention to detail
+ **Understanding** how to work with corporate clients, small businesses, insurers and brokers
+ **Influencing skills** to gain agreement to proposals, plans and ideas
+ The ability to **listen and respond** to people effectively while displaying empathy
+ Good **communicator** who is clear and concise
+ The **motivation** to provide a prompt, efficient and personalised service to internal & external customers
