About the Role
As a Technology Specialist, you’ll support the sales team and serve as the go-to expert on Lexus technology. Your goal? To ensure every client feels confident and excited about their new vehicle and the features that come with it.
Responsibilities:
Support Client Sales Advisors with product-related tasksProvide in-depth explanations of vehicle features and benefits tailored to client needsMaintain clear communication with the sales team regarding vehicle deliveries and schedule changesSchedule and manage follow-up appointments with clientsStay up to date on all Lexus vehicles and competitive modelsFollow up with new owners to ensure satisfaction with their purchaseDemonstrate enthusiasm for the Lexus brand and a strong knowledge of emerging techUse digital tools confidently (e.g., tablets, social media, video content)Assist with other sales department duties as neededAvailability to work Saturdays is required
What You Bring
Strong familiarity with social media and content creation (e.g., recording and sharing videos)A professional appearance and demeanorPositive, friendly, and confident attitudeExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAt least 6 months of customer service experienceWillingness and ability to learn and present vehicle technologyAvailability to work some eveningsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredCollege degree preferred but not requiredValid driver’s license required
