Raytheon is seeking a Finance Program Control Analyst for the Integrated Intelligence & Warfighter Support (I2WS) portfolio. Interested candidates will gain experience in program control and earned value and will be responsible for tracking, analyzing and cost controls associated with one or multiple projects. We are seeking a hard-working, energetic, and dedicated individual to contribute to the overall success of our programs as well as provide opportunities for career growth and advancements within the organization and company. In this role, you will have opportunities to work independently as well as collaborate with key functional stakeholders including Program Management and Engineering. _This position will be onsite in Richardson, TX, State College, PA, or Aurora, CO._
**What You Will Do**
+ Data extraction and reconciliation
+ Labor and cost transfer submittals
+ Creation and maintenance of Work Authorization Documents; creation and maintenance of charge numbers
+ Development of time-phased, integrated budgets and schedules
+ Assist in monitoring costs and manpower; ensuring that actuals are within budget and charged to the correct end objective
+ Generate program financial artifacts such as Earned Value reports, graphs, and analysis, as required.
+ Provide Program Management and Control account Managers with internal reports on cost and schedule performance
+ Perform ad-hoc analysis, data integrity checks, and validations related to program financials.
**Qualifications You Must Have**
+ Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field
+ Experience with Excel (ex. Lookup/Index/Sum functions and pivot tables)

**Qualifications We Prefer**
+ Experience with APEX EV; knowledgeable in working with SAP reporting
+ Experience or exposure to performing cost control and analysis functions in a U.S. Government, multi-CLIN contracting environment
+ Minimum of 2 years of Finance/Data Analysis experience
+ Ability to manage priorities in order to meet deadlines
+ Possess good oral and written communication skills
+ Strong attention to detail and work quality
+ Knowledge of concepts and techniques related to program controls

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
