Level 2 Service Desk Specialist

The Level 2 Service Desk Specialist will:

Provide end-user & desk-side technical supportDeploy, configure, maintain, and support computer systemsTroubleshoot & remediate PC/Laptop hardware & software issuesSetup printer & VOIP hardware, and troubleshoot & remediate any connectivity issuesSetup A/V equipment for video conferencing, and troubleshoot & remediate any hardware & end-user issues as neededPrioritize incident tickets through an incident tracking system (Service Now)Document procedures as required, track and monitor response time to ensure issues receive timely resolution.Conducts follow-up calls to customers when necessary.Maintain a moderate level of proficiency in software and applications supported by IT.Assist in miscellaneous tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years' experience in end user and device support.Deep familiarity with ticketing software, preferably ServiceNow.- Demonstrated excellence in providing hands-on, in person support to senior organizational leadership (i.e., VIP "white glove" customer support experience).Strong experience & skill supporting MS Windows, Office 365, Active Directory (pref., including Azure AD/Entra ID).Strong experience utilizing various technologies (incl., preferably SCCM) to image PCs.Strong experience & skill in providing break/fix troubleshooting of PC/Laptop hardware & software.Proficiency in setting up & configuring A/V conferencing hardware.Proficiency in setting up & troubleshooting Printer hardware.Strong attention to detail, time management, interpersonal skills, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Experience supporting the following preferred: Microsoft 365, MFA authentication, Mobile Device Management (pref., Intune &/or AirWatch), Mac OS.Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English (written & verbal).Candidates must have permanent authorization to work in the USA for any employer.Corp to Corp candidates will not be considered.

The base range for this contract position is $24.00 - $34.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
