Our client is currently seeking a qualified **Level 2 Field Technician** to join their team **onsite** in Salt Lake City, UT and provide end-user support. The ideal candidate must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, as this role requires extensive daily driving throughout the Greater Salt Lake City metro and surrounding areas. Tech will be dispatched to customer sites to support client equipment installations and is expected to meet client expectations by completing all installation steps and checklists accurately and efficiently. **Skills and Qualifications** **:** + Prior hands-on experience with hardware repair (Laser and Wide Format Printers, PCs, POS, etc.), break-fix, and familiarity with a ticketing system is required + Ability to follow detailed project instructions and documentation, project-specific training will be provided + Strong attention to detail + Strong organizational skills, and adaptability to shifting priorities and schedules + Good customer service and communication skills are essential **Wage Range** : The rate for this position is between **$16.50 - $24.20 per hour.** Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. **Benefits** **:** The Company offers a comprehensive benefit package that you can elect into including but not limited to the following benefits, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, AD&D insurance, disability plans, Employee Assistance Program, paid holidays (up to 6 days annually), paid time off (minimum of 10 days annually), paid parental leave (minimum of 10 days annually), 401(k), FSA/HSA pre-tax benefits.
