You'll be the brains behind the seamless delivery of our products, ensuring they reach our customers quickly and efficiently. Your day-to-day impact on our supply chain will directly contribute to the satisfaction of millions who trust our leading consumer health and hygiene brands. If you have the drive to optimise and the vision to innovate, come help us deliver excellence in every click! **Your responsibilities** + Comprehensively lead foreign trade operations, ensuring timely compliance with EH's corporate and regulatory policies in import and export processes + Ensure clear, timely, and effective communication with internal and external users regarding the operational and documentary requirements necessary for the efficient execution of international shipments + Strategically manage associated expenses, prioritizing budget control and the identification and implementation of productivity projects + Provide key strategic ideas and decisions in order to achieve an agile, healthy, and well-coordinated process + Actively participate in all audit processes requested in the area, complying with the filing and documentation requirements in a timely manner as mandated by law + Generate clear and detailed documentation of the entire importation process through written procedures, providing training to our suppliers (customs agents and carriers) on these procedures to ensure correct alignment of the import flow with their responsible parties, well-defined activities, and escalation lines **The experience we're looking for** - Proven experience in imports/Exports and/or Foreign Trade, desirable in CPG - Experience desirable in markets like USA, Europe, LATAM and/or Asia - Excel savvy - Background managing high volume operations - Relationship management savvy & Excellent communication skills **The skills for success** Supply Chain Management, Relationship Management, Business Accumen, Advanced Analytics, Data Analytics, Improve business processes, Advanced Analytics, Data Analytics, Distribution Logistics, Logistics Management, Management Third-party Logistics Providers, Supply Chain Planning, Supply Management, Procurement. **What we offer** With inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.
