About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lending Operations Manager for the Specialized Services and Invoicing production team.
In this role, you will:
Manage the activities of a Specialized Services and Invoicing production team.Engage stakeholders and internal partners associated with the Lending Operations functional areaIdentify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development within Lending Operations functional areaParticipate in the formulation and implementation of new and revised systems, policies, and guidelinesOversee implementation of practices to ensure compliance with Wells Fargo legal, investor, regulatory, or business policiesMake credit decisions and resolve issues regarding performance of a business unit or functional area to ensure business objectives are metInterpret and develop policies and procedures for functional areas with low to moderate complexity, and with accountability for special portfolio segments requiring focused managementCollaborate and consult with Lending Operations peers, colleagues, and multiple level managers accountable for providing quality customer service to internal or external customersManage allocation of people and financial resources for Lending OperationsMentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Transactions and Processing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education2+ years of Leadership experience

Experience leading a fast paced, demanding, and deadline driven production environmentProven leadership and people management experience in relationship management or operational functionsAbility to provide leadership by coaching, training, and mentoringStrong knowledge and hands-on experience with equipment/vendor finance products and/or Commercial Banking productsExperience managing projects for billing resourcesAbility to build strong relationships with our external clientsStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner effectively across business, technology, and operational teams at varying levels in the organizationAbility to prepare and present senior level communicationsProven track record in driving process improvements, automation, and efficiency initiativesExperience partnering with IT / systems engineers on enhancements or updates to department systemsAdvanced MS Office experience including working with Excel for data loading, computation for invoicing and creating pivot tablesExperience with – IMS (Invoice Management System), InfoLease or LeaseConnect.Experience with Tableau or PowerBIBachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field; advanced degree
