Leica’s Nano Technology (LNT) product line delivers industry-leading solutions for precision sample preparation in electron microscopy. Featuring a comprehensive portfolio supporting biological, medical, and industrial applications, Leica Microsystems delivers workflow-optimized systems tailored to the specific requirements of TEM, SEM, and AFM users. Each solution integrates multiple instruments into a seamless workflow to ensure efficiency and consistency in sample preparation.
The LNT Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market presence for Leica’s LNT products across South Korea. This role includes developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing channel partners, building/maintaining customer relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to meet and exceed business goals.
This position reports to the Sales Director of Leica Microsystems Korea and is part of the IND/LNT Division, based in Seoul. The role covers the entire country and requires frequent domestic travel, along with occasional international travel.

Bachelor's or master's degrees in related science (e.g., biology, biotechnology, biochemistry, materials science, etc.)With at least 10 years of professional experience in electron microscopy or related fields (e.g., TEM, SEM, etc.), the focus is on sales, application support, or technical services.Powerful communication and presentation skills when communicating with researchers and staff from various fields, including core facilities, universities, research institutes, hospitals and industries; the ability to understand and communicate workflow procedures for electron microscope imaging and related field work.Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles, tenders, and key accounts in various fields (e.g., core facilities, universities, research institutes, hospitals and industrial sectors); results-driven mindset with funnel conversion experience using SFDC or other CRMs.Ability to collaborate with global/regional teams in English and influence stakeholders through creative problem solving and effective communication.Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
Ability to travel up to 50%, sometimes including business trips. Weekend work may be required for the preparation of congresses or events, with compensatory time-off provided per company policy.Must hold a valid driver’s license and comply with safe driving and zero-tolerance DUI policies.Ability to safely move and position LNT equipment at event or customer sites as needed during on-site activities such as demonstrations or trade shows.It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
