The legal Supply Chain team is looking for a trainee to assist the procurement European team based in Barcelona, Spain. This role encompasses supporting contractual review of diverse supply and subcontract agreement, advising and soliciting input from internal stakeholders on contract terms and conditions on various levels of complexity of contracts and documents to support the procurement European team and supporting the team with the claims toward our suppliers. In addition, this role include providing legal training to the team, contributing to templates improvement and different kind of legal research.

Review and negotiate agreements with suppliers and subcontractorsContribute to general legal advice to the procurement teamContribute to building the claims toward suppliers and subcontractors and supporting the follow up of such claimsPartner with key stakeholdersPerform other duties as assigned by the Legal Supply Chain team

What You Will Need
 

Master degree in LawPrevious experience with multinational industrial / manufacturing companies preferred but not requiredPrevious in-house experience preferred but not required.The ability to identify, analyze, assess and communicate legal risks to enable internal clients make quality, risk-adjusted business decisionsStrong organizational skillsEnglish Fluency (other languages a plus)Excellent verbal and written communicationsFlexibility to adapt and lead through change as business requirements evolve
