A client with Kforce is seeking a detail-oriented Legal Tech Analyst (Risk Management Consultant) to support the development, automation, and operationalization of legal and compliance frameworks across jurisdictions. This role combines legal informatics, regulatory risk analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure policy logic and risk controls are accurately represented in digital systems. Ideal candidates will have experience with jurisdictional contract-logic mappings, compliance risk registers, and working with cross-functional teams to implement smart, scalable legal governance solutions. This role is remote. Key Responsibilities: * Analyze and document jurisdiction-specific contract-logic mappings for automation in legal and compliance systems * Design and maintain compliance risk registers that align with legal obligations, industry standards, and internal policies * Translate regulatory and legal requirements into structured logic for implementation in digital tools * Collaborate across legal, compliance, and engineering teams to embed rules into business processes and workflows * Monitor regulatory changes and update logic mappings and risk documentation accordingly * Support testing, validation, and auditing of legal tech and risk automation platforms to ensure regulatory compliance and accuracy
