Airswift (Air Energi Caspian LLP) is currently looking for a Legal Support Coordinator (for KZ passport holders) for one of our large project in Atyrau, 5\2. We are looking for candidates with the drive and commitment to make a genuine difference to our performance to ensure that the company continues to differentiate itself from competitors by delivering quality service to our client’s requirements.

Knowledge required for performance of job duties:
1) Knowledge of the RK legislation;
2) Knowledge of the basics of international legal 
activities, including the principles of international arbitration, as well as international treaties ratified by the RK, relevant to the implementation of the Project;
3) Understanding of compliance standards, EU and US sanctions restrictions;
4) Knowledge of the rules of execution, conclusion of contracts, accounting and storage of legal documentation with the use of information technology.                  Skills required for fulfillment of duties:
1) Confirmed knowledge and skills in the field of jurisprudence;
2) Innovativeness and ability to use legal bases of normative and legal acts
