Legal Records Operations Manager

Job Description:

The National Records Operations Manager oversees the management of records and information across multiple locations. This role ensures consistency and compliance with records management policies and procedures nationwide.

Essential Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement national records management policies.

Oversee the maintenance and security of records across multiple locations.

Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Manage records management staff and resources.

Conduct audits and assessments of records management practices.

Collaborate with regional managers to improve records management.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Management or related field preferred

Experience: 7+ years in records management, with national or multi-location experience.

Skills: Communication, Contact Center Operations, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Detail-Oriented, Document Management, Document Management Systems (DMS), High Accuracy, Information Management, Problem Resolution, Professional Collaboration, Professional Development Trainings, Project Management, Reporting and Analysis, Supervisory Management, Teamwork

Certifications: Relevant certifications in national records management, such as Certified Records Manager (CRM), Certified Records Analyst (CRA), or Information Governance Professional (IGP) are preferred.

​Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater

Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.

Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time

The Compensation range for this role is 80,000 to 93,000 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
