We provide a broad range of expertise and experience from legal counsel and risk management to work process support and compliance for all of Dow’s businesses and functions, globally. In addition, theLegal Department Business Operations(LDBO) group is our dedicated team within the department that provides direct service to legal colleagues in technology, administration, and supplier management. About you and this role We have an opportunity for aLegal Project Managerlocated inMidland, MI! In this role, you will work closely with team members inLegal Learning, Development & KnowledgeManagementserving as one of two project managers delivering innovative solutions to support the needs of our global legal colleagues and the clients they serve. You will be responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and management of processes related toKnowledge Management and Technology Implementationswithin the Legal Department. This will require you to think "big picture" to understand the Legal and Dow strategy as well as the Legal work processes that contribute, to effectively lead projects and manage work processes. Responsibilities + Design voice of the customer sessions and change management strategies to support technology implementations. + Develop and maintain the governance structure for handling Legal’s information assets, including collaboration with content owners to validate and/or refresh content, and a continuous improvement plan. + Support Legal onboarding and offboarding programs and/or tools. + Identify solutions for capturing and managing content for a Legal Knowledge Base. + Guide record management activities across the function to support compliance, training, and continuous improvement. + Support the accurate and timely reporting of Key Performance Indicators for various Legal initiatives. Required Qualifications + A minimum of a bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E6 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking. + A minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience. + A minimum requirement for this position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of permanent residency (green card) process. Your Skills + Strong project management skills or a project management certification/designation. + Certified PROSCI® Change Manager preferred. + Excellent organizational skills and ability to effectively manage competing priorities. + Strong communicator, both written and verbal. + Displays process thinking/orientation; looks at the big picture. + Good judgment and independent decision-making abilities; a proactive problem solver. + Comfortable developing and advocating for recommendations; challenges the status quo. + Strong influential leadership skills; builds successful relationships and thrives in diverse networks and working teams.
