Legal Product Trainer
As a Legal Product Trainer, you'll empower lawyers, paralegals, law librarians, and other legal professionals in law firms and government agencies by delivering expert training on Thomson Reuters’ legal solutions. Drawing on your legal background and product expertise, you'll identify training needs, drive product adoption, remove barriers to access, and uncover new opportunities for engagement.
Our team is dedicated to delivering best-in-class education using adult learning principles. You'll collaborate across functions and partner closely with colleagues to support legal professionals across North America and Europe.
About the role
Drives product adoption and usage, while helping customers achieve their expected ROI on Thomson Reuters’ products.Deliver Live Online Classes to broad audience of legal professional, providing engaging, instructor-led training sessions that support product adoption and real-world application.Deliver engaging, workflow-based trainings using adult learning principles.Apply a blended learning approach tailored to customer-specific workflows. Provide exceptional service to legal professional in law firm and government agenciesDevelops a professional virtual presence in law firms and government agencies via web-based virtual communication.Supports revenue retention and growth by effectively partnering with the account team to uncover the customers’ business needs that align with Thomson Reuters product offerings.Maintains a high level of knowledge and expertise in Westlaw, Practical Law, Drafting Assistant and other solutions products, as well as customer workflows, product use cases, and industry trends.About you
Law degree required.Advanced English proficiency (verbal and written). Candidates will be tested before getting involved in the selection process2+ years' experience in adult training/education or learning & development background2+ years legal experience strongly preferredStrong oral and written communication and presentation skillsAdept at using full Microsoft suite of products, including MS TeamsAgile learners – Ability to learn something new.Commitment to a schedule that coincides with the customers’ workday#LI-JA1
