Pay Range: $45-$85/hr depending on experience

About the Role

We are hiring a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Legal Operations & Compliance Specialist to support operational and regulatory functions across fast-paced in-house legal teams. You will play a key role in driving legal efficiency, vendor compliance, and process automation.

Responsibilities:

Maintain legal dashboards, budgets, and vendor management platformsSupport contract lifecycle, compliance tracking, and matter management systemsCoordinate privacy or regulatory compliance efforts (GDPR, HIPAA, AML, etc.)Generate reports and audit logs for internal or regulatory reviewHelp standardize templates, SOPs, and internal legal requests

✅ Requirements:

3+ years of experience in legal operations or compliance rolesFamiliarity with platforms such as SimpleLegal, Onit, OneTrust, or ServiceNow LegalStrong Excel, workflow management, and cross-functional communication skillsExperience supporting legal, compliance, or procurement teamsCertifications such as CIPP/US, CCEP, or Lean Six Sigma a plus
