This position involves technical expertise in managing the Legal department's e-billing system for outside counsel, internal matter management system, and invoice payment systems for the Corporate Legal team. The position reports to the Senior Director - Litigation and works collaboratively with the Corporate Legal team and cross-functionally with other PepsiCo departments. Your Impact As Legal Assoc Analyst your functions would consist of: Serve as a subject matter expert on the Legal department's e-billing system for outside counsel, internal matter management system and outside counsel selection and management system. Oversee end-to-end invoice review workflows, including routing, approvals, allocations, and escalation paths for the Corporate Legal team. Collaborate with other PepsiCo functions to provide timely invoice processing and reporting. Train internal users and outside counsel on procedures and requirements for use of such systems. Develop training materials and reference guides. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Experience 1-2 years of experience in hands-on e-billing system and matter management system administration English language fluency in both speaking and writing required Bachelor's degree is required Ability to work collaboratively and externally Professional communication skills (oral and written) Detail oriented, tech-savvy, and organized Ability to multi-task and prioritize accordingly Understanding of legal billing, matter management, and other guidelines Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite including PPT, Excel, World and Outlook If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
