Legal Operations Analyst (Contingent)

**Adecco** is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented **Legal Operations Analyst** to join our dynamic team on a contingent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to play a pivotal role in our ongoing digital transformation efforts, supporting the Legal Operations Manager with critical technology migration projects and daily operations. + **Pay Rate** : $ 42.76/hr
+ **Location:** Hybrid - Morristown, NJ (2-3 days/week)
+ **Shift** : M – F 9:00am – 5:00pm
+ **Type:** Temp to hire
**Responsibilities:**
As a Legal Operations Analyst, you will be instrumental in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our legal department. Your responsibilities will include:
+ **Legal Technology Migration** : Actively assist with the migration of our e-billing system from TyMetrix to Brightflag, and our legal hold platform from Legal Hold Pro to Exterro Legal Hold. You'll execute key tasks to ensure seamless transitions.
+ **Outside Counsel Management:** Support the renewal of agreements with our global Panel firms and leverage the PERSUIT platform for efficient outside counsel management.
+ **Legal Technology Administration & Support** : Become a subject matter expert in our core legal technology platforms (Persuit, TyMetrix 360, Legal Hold Pro, Brightflag, Exterro) and provide essential training and technical support to our legal team.
+ **Data Analysis & Reporting** : Collect, analyze, and report on critical legal metrics and performance indicators. You will also develop insightful dashboards and visualizations to present data effectively.
+ **Collaboration** : Work closely with the Legal Operations Manager and various legal team members, contributing to a collaborative and innovative environment.
**Qualifications:**
+ **Experience:** 3+ years of experience in Legal Operations, Paralegal, or Litigation Support roles with a strong focus on legal technology or process improvement.
+ **Ebilling Expertise** : Solid understanding of ebilling workflows and concepts.
+ **Technical Acumen** : Demonstrated experience with at least some of these legal technology platforms: Persuit, Legisway, TyMetrix 360, Brightflag, Anaqua, Legal Hold Pro, Exterro Legal Hold.
+ **Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills** : Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and contribute to solutions.
+ **Organizational & Project Management** : Excellent organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
+ **Communication** : Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical information and provide user support.
+ **Work Ethic** : Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working effectively both independently and as a collaborative team member in a hybrid environment.

**Pay Details:** $42.76 per hour
