Legal Office Administrator
**Requisition Number:** 206944 **Job Description** Cintas is seeking a Legal Office Administrator to provide customer service to both our internal partners and our customers through various activities. Responsibilities include data entry; assisting in account reconciliation; preparing reports and invoices; assisting with customer calls; miscellaneous projects; and general office tasks. Responsibilities: + Oversees customer service e-mails, IDOC errors, voiding checks, ACH returns, and checks with bad addresses. Reviews and controls all checks being returned to the locations. Reviews the cash requirement reports daily to monitor outgoing funds before executing all A/P check runs. + Monitors all Accounts Payable red dot credits being keyed into the system, moving them to active vendors to ensure the credit gets deducted from a future check or calls the vendor to request a refund check. Notifies locations if a credit is outstanding for more than three months. + Sends out the training for new partners at Corporate and at the locations on distributed A/P manuals. + Receives, researches and resolves a variety of routine internal and external inquiries concerning account status, including communicating the resolution of discrepancies to appropriate persons. Resolves issues locations have with distributed A/P. + Perform all other duties as assigned including carrying out responsibilities, performing duties, using skills, and working conditions necessary to perform all assigned tasks. **Skills/Qualifications** Required + High School Diploma/GED + Experience answering phones and transferring calls + Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet + Experience with data entry, proofreading and editing documents Benefits Cintas offers comprehensive and competitive medical, dental and vision benefits, with premiums below the national average.
