Legal Manager

The Role:

As Legal Manager Specialized in Labor Matters, you will be the legal responsible for Specialized Services Vendors; PoC for the attention and follow-up of all visits and inspections conducted by the labor authorities, review and analyze, form a legal standpoint, all labor processes and policies of the company to ensure compliance.

Your Impact: 

• Legal Responsible for Specialized Services related matters. 

• Attention and follow-up of visits and inspections conducted by labor authorities.

 • PoC with labor external counsel. 

• Produce legal documents related to labor issues to ensure compliance with different laws and regulations. 

• Provide labor advisory to all skill teams

. • Implement litigation strategies related to labor matters.

 • Review and analyze, form a legal standpoint, all labor processes and policies of the company to ensure compliance.

What You'll Need: 

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Labor Law 

• Minimum 8-9 years of work experience in Labor Law Practice.

 • Proficient in English and Spanish (written and verbal) 100% 

Qualifications:

 • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Spanish and English) 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

 • Collaborative and empathetic approach to solve problems with teams across Ford.

 • Creative thinker, problem solver and resilient. 

• Available to work in a hybrid scheme
