Legal Intake Assistant
Description We are looking for an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Atlanta, Georgia. This role involves supporting a high-volume workflow and ensuring excellent customer service to potential clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Assist the intake specialist in managing incoming leads and potential client inquiries with attention to detail and efficiency. • Evaluate and categorize leads based on their relevance and communicate findings to the team. • Collaborate daily with team members to review lead quality and ensure alignment with organizational goals. • Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide support and gather necessary information. • Maintain a courteous and detail-oriented demeanor when interacting with clients, particularly those dealing with health issues or elderly populations. • Utilize knowledge of Social Security Administration and legal processes to address client needs. • Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping for all client interactions. • Adapt quickly to new systems and processes to enhance workflow efficiency. • Provide consistent and reliable administrative support to contribute to the team's success. Requirements • Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably in a high-volume environment. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to speak professionally and courteously. • Familiarity with Social Security Administration and legal processes is highly desirable. • Ability to work effectively with sensitive client populations, including those facing health challenges or elderly clients. • Proficient in handling inbound and outbound calls. • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Capability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
