Morgan & Morgan is seeking a Legal Education Program Designer to join our content team to  develop premium, interactive learning experiences for attorneys—both in-person and online. This role is ideal for someone passionate about turning expert legal knowledge into high-value, high-production educational programs that are immersive, experiential, and impactful.

From CLE-accredited workshops to virtual case-study deep dives and live multi-speaker events, you’ll help shape the way attorneys learn from and engage with Morgan & Morgan’s top legal minds. You’ll work cross-functionally with attorneys, content creators, event producers, designers, and video teams to bring these programs to life.

Responsibilities

Design engaging, interactive learning experiences for attorneys—including live workshops, on-demand video courses, webinars, and in-person seminars Translate complex legal knowledge into structured, practical, and dynamic educational content Collaborate with internal subject matter experts (attorneys, business leaders) to outline and script curriculum Work with video editors, designers, and production teams to create premium multi-media assets Ensure all content meets CLE requirements in relevant jurisdictions, in partnership with our compliance team Develop supplemental materials such as workbooks, handouts, case studies, and assessments Assist in live event execution, speaker prep, run-of-show, and attendee engagement Track feedback and performance metrics to continuously improve future programs

Qualifications

4-6 years of experience in instructional design, professional education or high-end event production Strong grasp of adult learning principles and instructional best practices Experience producing content for legal or professional audiences (CLE experience a plus) preferred but not required Excellent writing, structuring, and editing skills Familiarity with learning management systems and/or webinar platforms Ability to collaborate with both creative and technical teams Highly organized, deadline-driven, and quality-obsessed

Salary Range$85,000—$95,000 USD
