The Regulatory Compliance (RegComp) Legal Editor is responsible for the day-to-day monitoring of new legislations and product improvement. Primary responsibilities include:
drafting legislation updates;QA of drafted alerts;uploading of alerts;uploading of new assets;QA of uploaded assets; andclean up and troubleshooting of existing assets.To read and analyze case law, and other legal documents.To generate high-quality editorial content based on own analysis. The content is delivered in English, based on some specifications and standards, and established house-style and quality framework.To generate content while meeting the required productivity, accuracy level, timeliness, and currency deadlines.To perform other duties that may be assigned.Close interaction with team members in Australia and within REPH is required to carry out the role effectively.
Qualifications
Graduate of Bachelor of Laws or Juris DoctorMust have a sound level of computer literacyMust have legal research skillsMust have superior reading, legal comprehension and proofreading skillsMust have excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skillsMust demonstrate project management skills and an ability to work to tight deadlinesMust have good relationship-building skillsMust have a sound commercial awarenessMust have advance analytical skillsMust be able to work on flexible scheduleMust not have any attendance and/or punctuality issues in the past 12 monthsMust have not received any Disciplinary Action within the past 12 monthsWe are committed to providing a fair and accessible hiring process.
