Your Role:

As Legal Counsel on the Electronics Legal (LE) Team, you will play a key role as a trusted advisor to various groups within and supporting the dynamic Semiconductor Solutions business. Your responsibilities will include drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial and R&D agreements, offering practical legal guidance to business and operations teams to help mitigate risk, supporting corporate governance and the management of outside counsel, and leading training initiatives for colleagues on legal standards, policies, and LE tools and templates.

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law schoolLicensed and active membership in good standing in at least one state barAt least 2 years of experience at a law firm and/or with an in-house legal departmentStrong law school academic record

$104,600.00 - $157,000.00 a year

Our ranges are derived from several sources, and largely reliant on relevant industry market data. Should we decide to make an offer, we will consider several factors, including but not limited to your location, skills, experience, career level, and other job-related factors.  This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; paid time off; and paid holidays; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses.
