You'll work closely with a highly experienced General Counsel on innovative projects - from lending and guarantees to equity investments and procurement - while helping to shape and grow the legal function. This is a hands-on and varied role where you'll: · Draft and negotiate loan agreements and guarantees. · Improve templates and handle day-to-day contracts. · Advise on subsidy and governance issues (no prior experience required). · Manage external counsel and control legal spend. · Partner directly with commercial, funding, innovation, and policy teams, acting as a trusted legal sounding board across the business.
