Job DescriptionAs Senior Legal Counsel for Purchasing and Logistics, you will support our central purchasing units Mobility Solutions Purchasing Direct Materials (M/PU) and Global Business Services (GS) in all legal matters.In this position, you will drive the negotiation of all types of agreements in the supply chain.You are also the leading legal support for strategic client projects, e.g., development co-operations.As part of the operational client work your responsibility includes proactive risk management, creative solutioning, plus legal enablement and training of clients and peers.QualificationsEducation: completed university studies in the field of law or a comparable subjectExperience and Knowledge: several years of professional experience as lawyer with in-depth knowledge of and experience in contract law; you bring solid knowledge and experience in IT law and a good understanding of antitrust lawQualifications: law qualification in the bar of GermanyPersonality and Working Practice: you are a team-oriented professional with strong initiative, excellent organizational skills and confident communication across all levels; you stay composed under pressure, embrace innovation and agile ways of working and bring a professional sense of humor.Languages: business fluent in written and spoken German and English*In accordance with our regulations, the gross annual salary for this position is at least 117.000 EUR for a 40h week (for a full year of employment and fullfilment of the company´s eligibility requirements). The individual salary depends on your job-specific experience. In addition, you will receive a bonus based on the company's success, as well as employer benefits for the Bosch pension plan.
