Rapidly growing outfit in the marketing sector are looking to add a Legal Counsel to their team. The business is based in Central London and the operates a hybrid-working policy with two days per week spent in the office.

About the Role

Working within a supportive and dynamic team, your day-to-day remit will include the following:

Drafting, negotiating and advising on a wide variety of contracts, including advertising and creative services, app development, software licences, outsourcing, data analysis, supply & purchase contracts, services agreements and NDAs. Providing advice on GDPR issues and compliance Involvement in corporate matters and any upcoming M&A activity Acting as a key strategic advisor to a wide range of business units on a variety of legal and commercial matters

About You

This role would be well suited to a qualified lawyer with at least 1 year ‘s PQE (although candidates from all levels will be considered on merit). Applications from lawyers qualified in other Commonwealth jurisdictions are also welcomed.

You must possess a proven track record of successfully negotiating commercial agreements, and being able to provide pragmatic, business-focused advice to clients. Any previous in-house experience would be advantageous but not essential.
