**Job summary** Corporate Counsel. N.A. Commercial Contracts Corporate Counsel Commercial Transactions. Corporate Counsel who will be focused on a wide range of technology related commercial transactions to join the Nearshore Legal Team based in Guatemala. **Responsibilities** (1) Negotiating commercial contracts with customers (2) Addressing legal queries from business teams across various aspects of the law the contract and the customer relationship including compliance intellectual property privacy litigation and employment and (3) Collaborating with attorneys to develop and maintain templates playbooks contracting policies negotiation practices and escalation procedures. **Certifications Required** Law Degree Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer.
