We are in search of a Contracts Manager/Paralegal to be the linking pin between our Legal team and our international Sales teams. 
This position will support a global team of business development professionals and retention managers. The Contracts Manager reports into the Vice President of Revenue Operations, and will work closely with the Head of Legal and the Vice President of Global Sales, as well as their North America-based counterpart. 

Responsibilities

Communication Management: Act as the primary point of contact between the sales and legal teams, ensuring clear and efficient communication. This includes relaying legal feedback to the sales team and vice versa;Supporting contract creation support: Assist in the initial creation of contracts using templates and guidelines provided by the legal team, ensuring that all sales requirements are accurately represented;Customer contract review and coordination: Facilitate the contracting process for new business and renewals by liaising with the sales team & legal teams to answer customer questions, ensuring all relevant details and approvals are covered;Process Improvement: Work with both teams to streamline contract processes, suggesting improvements based on feedback and observed recurring inefficiencies;Training and Guidance: Provide training and guidance to the sales team on contract processes and requirements, helping them understand legal constraints and considerations (with support from the legal teams);Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and manage regular reports on contract status, highlighting any potential risks or delays to management and suggesting proactive measures.

Requirements
 

Strong communication and relationship building skills to effectively liaise between the sales and legal teams and agree priorities. The candidate must possess full business proficiency in both written and spoken English. Business proficiency in an additional European language is beneficial;Excellent time management and organizational skills. Capable of handling multiple requests in a fast-paced environment and managing priorities to meet deadlines;Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements;Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in contract documentation and compliance with company policies;Proactive approach to identifying issues and opportunities for improvement. Work collaboratively to find solutions that satisfy both sales and legal requirements;Experience in a corporate environment as a contract manager or paralegal;Basic legal understanding familiarity with legal terminology and contract structures and principles.
