Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Legal Billing Specialist to join a reputable law firm in Fort Worth. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in law firm billing and electronic invoicing who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities: Generate and distribute monthly pre-bills and draft invoices for attorney reviewRevise and finalize bills in compliance with client guidelines and contractsUpload LEDES-format invoices to e-billing platforms (Legal Exchange, Collaborati, Legal Tracker, Tymetrix)Use Aderant BillBlast to send final invoices via email or e-billing portalsRespond to billing inquiries and assist with collections and AR follow-upMaintain confidentiality and support special billing projects as needed

What We're Looking For:4+ years of law firm billing experience2+ years of electronic billing experienceProficiency with SurePoint LMS Billing and Time softwareFamiliarity with UTBMS litigation and activity codesStrong skills in Excel, Word, and OutlookExcellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilitiesA proactive, team-oriented mindset
