Legal Biller - Baltimore, MD

Beacon Hill Financial has partnered with a client in Baltimore, MD looking for a legal biller to join their team. This position is responsible for preparing and submitting accurate legal invoices in accordance with client guidelines, monitoring billing discrepancies, and ensuring timely payments through coordination with attorneys and clients. Key Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and submit high-volume client invoices in compliance with billing guidelines and firm policiesUtilize Aderant software to generate pre-bills, finalize invoices, and track billing activityCollaborate with attorneys and practice groups to ensure accurate billing entries and resolve discrepanciesMonitor and follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely payment and address client inquiriesMaintain organized billing records and support month-end billing cycles and reportingHandle adjustments, write-offs, and e-billing uploads through various client billing portals F1987899-GT_1750685835 To Apply for this Job Click Here
