Responsibilities Complete and execute all admin assistant duties such as travel arrangements for the entire legal team, power-point presentations, medical insurance, phone bills, drafting and preparing all required documents and work as required. Manage calendar and schedule of the senior. Legal counsel and organize all team meetings and events as well as business meetings with other functions. Manage and prepare for all visits by Region and Sector staff Prepare required monthly highlights report for delivery to the region including follow up with the team for updates and new items. Litigation Management – including tracking all reported litigation, communicating with external counsel to secure timely reporting; coordinating sharing of the relevant data with Control and management, and reporting internally within the Law Department. Coordinating commercial unit response to global/sector/regional legal inquiries Assists Sr. legal counsel and other team members in preparing training material and training agenda and inviting audience and all arrangements for legal training. Prepare quarterly counsel rep letters for senior legal counsel Follow up on updating "BAIC" and pre-close material with external and internal lawyers on monthly basis. Requesting and following up on all required reports from the legal team. Preparing legal analyses and research required by senior Legal counsel for confidential and strategic issues. Draft and review contracts in assistance of the corporate team as required by corporate legal manager. Draft and prepare letters and communication to external parties from the company. . Assist the Government relations manager in setting up appointments and preparing letters to key government officials. Follow up with outside counsel and finance on all matters related to invoices. Prepare estimates of external and internal expenses and reporting same to Region on monthly basis. Assist senior legal counsel in preparing and monitoring legal budget throughout the year. Follow up with the team for all Travel & Expenses (T&E)and reporting same to Region. Prepare first draft bottler documentation, including Letter Amendments, Export Authorizations, Sales and Distribution Agreements, Pricing Letters, Concentrate Pricing and Marketing Support Agreements, Manages and oversees documents executions by preparing execution drafts and coordinating with the business teams and Cork to ensure accurate document execution. Qualifications Bachelor degree in Law, with max 2 years of experience in a relevant field. Excellent communication skills Excellent document drafting skills. Self-correspondence. Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Fluent in both Arabic and English Languages.
